By By Karen Graham 12 hours ago in Health Memphis - A live video posted on Facebook and YouTube showing a couple passed out on a Memphis, Tennessee street after snorting heroin has gone viral on social media and on many local television stations.Someone driving along South Pauline Street and Eastmoreland Avenue around 3:30 p.m. saw the couple lying on the street and called 911.Memphis fire crew emergency responders were able to revive the two illegal drug users and the husband and wife were taken to a local hospital in noncritical condition.
