Memphis has landed its second highly recruited prospect from the Nashville area in the 2017 recruiting cycle.Georgia Tech, Louisville, Mississippi State and South Carolina were finalists for Nashville (Tenn.) Stratford's TJ Carter but on Friday morning he committed to Memphis."I will be furthering my education and my football to the University of Memphis," Carter said on the Bill King radio show on Friday morning.
